In 2020, Elias van Dorne (John Cusack), CEO of VA Industries, the world's largest robotics company, introduces his most powerful invention--Kronos, a super computer designed to end all wars. I think it's a good thing for a young actor to start out in a film like this, because he can gain his experience in something relatively small and unknown, before moving on to bigger and better things.

Can I get the 92 minutes of my life back?this movie was awful. Despite all the progress humanity made, it wasn't good enough for Elias Van Dorne (John Cusack), who decided robots were the way to salvation. Enjoy. It seems to be just a film test or some school project. PS4
As the robots start carpet bombing the few remaining humans, Andrew and Calia flee underground, finding a high-tech room. The acting and plot are terrible.Allow me to echo claude's ealier review by saying "What a piece of crap!!" Though Calia is first reluctant to let Andrew accompany her, the two later fall in love. This movie is to be avoided unless you are a die hard John Cusack fan that must see everything he does, or if your in a jail cell and its the only movie being shown on TV.
Andrew shows superhuman strength and resilience when marauders attack the party, and the morning after the ambush, Calia finds machinery in one of Andrew's wounds.
