Though, playing as a scav and being good at it could come with points towards a skill or so, which could make your scav threat level lower or something similar , so that when you play with your main and come across scavs they will not attack you as aggressively / frequent as they would if you dont have points in said skill. You could spawn in, makarov with three shots and perfectly fine, or you could spawn in, fully decked out with a high tier M4/AK (Whatever you view as the "God Gun") but have a deathly fever, dehydration, starvation, and a broken arm. I sort of agree with what you say but i also think they should never get to the point where theyre really hard to kill unless its just because the player controlling the scav is very skilled. Not to mention you keep playing scav all the time your main PMC character skills will start to drop , and again ,the whole premise of the game is to do with the 2 PMCs and the story line , scavs need to be much more a sideline thing(player wise) The fact that there's everything to lose is the entire appeal of games like this and you're insulting the very genre by proposing there be a handicapped mode like this. Not to mention, your That i would like to see, but as far as what was suggested initially, i don't think it would do very well. Add to the equation that you have two player's controlell factions smoking your ass on sight...
The way scavs are thought and seen of now are totally fine imo , and I know we will see additional mechanics.

From the way I understand this mode is like an inferior way to play, and your MAIN character is the MAIN gameplay.
It's a very weak post with weak intentions. I'm good, really good. But the next time I start as a scav, I can costumize my guy to start with those percs I unlocked last time, instead of some of the starting gear.
So i feel like this "progression" of scavs could be a natural thing where really good players who use a scav will get good gear during a raid or whatever and therefore be hard to kill & a lootchest I realised that what I am suggesting is basically Scavenger Mode Customization Options.
